Sign in with the FACE marketing Google account, choose locations, load reviews, edit the suggested response, and click Post only when it is ready.

Google connection

The Google OAuth client is already configured. No teammate needs to paste a client ID or API key. If sign-in expires, simply sign in again.

Tripadvisor and Yelp

Tripadvisor reviews load through its direct connection. Yelp reviews load from the daily ReviewTrackers feed. Suggested replies can be prepared in FACE SMILE, then copied to the platform for posting when direct reply access is unavailable.

Temporary unavailable messages

Google occasionally rejects a location request for a few seconds. FACE SMILE loads locations in small batches and retries temporary failures automatically.

Technical setup

Google Business Profile APIs and this website origin must remain enabled in Google Cloud.
Private Tripadvisor, Yelp, and database credentials belong in Netlify environment variables. Never GitHub or this browser.
